CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF VARIABLE-GRADIENT SIDE DITCH, AND SIDE DITCH CONSTRUCTION BLOCK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome problems with a side ditch that forms a prescribed water channel gradient across a road having a gradient, for smoothly collecting and draining rainwater and others, that a difference in levels results on a road surface due to a difference in a gradient of a top surface of the side ditch and a gradient of the road surface around a constituent block, causing an impact caused by the level difference to be conveyed to a person and a load on board a vehicle and preventing smooth driving of the vehicle on the road surface.SOLUTION: A side ditch foundation block includes a curved surface canopy being recessed in a circular arc-form at a center in a longitudinal direction and having an opening part formed at a center and bolt insertion holes formed in front of and behind the opening part, and a fully open bottom part at a lower part between right and left side wall plates. A sliding cover is fitted to a canopy curved surface of the side ditch foundation block and slid so that a gradient of a road surface coincides with a gradient of a surface of the sliding cover, the sliding cover having a curved bottom surface of a circular-arc form corresponding to the canopy curved surface and being provided with an opening part at a central part corresponding to the canopy surface of the side ditch foundation block and also with sliding mark movement grooves in each of which a crown part of a bolt inserted into the bolt insertion hole formed on the canopy curved surface of the foundation block moves in a slide-contacting manner in correspondence with the sliding of the curved surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】勾配を有する道路を横断して所定の水路勾配を形成し、雨水などを円滑に集水して排水する側溝を設定する場合、側溝の上面勾配と構成ブロック周辺の路面勾配とが一致せず、路面に勾配変化による段差を生じ、搭乗者や積荷に段差による衝撃が伝わり、路面を走行する車両がスムーズに走行できないという問題があった。【解決手段】長手方向中央部が円弧状に凹陥した曲面天蓋の中央部に開口部、その前後にボルト挿通孔を設け、左右に設けた側壁板間の下部を全面開放底部とした側溝基礎ブロックの天蓋曲面に、これに対応する円弧状曲面の底面を有し、側溝基礎ブロックの天蓋面に対応して中央部に開口部、その前後に、基礎ブロック天蓋曲面に設定されたボルト挿通孔に挿通されるボルトの頂部が曲面摺動に対応して摺接移動する摺跡移動溝を形成した摺回蓋を、側溝基礎ブロックの天蓋曲面に嵌合させ、摺回動させて道路表面勾配と摺回蓋表面勾配を一致させるように構成した。【選択図】図１
