PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition system and a dwelling house comprising the partition system, the partition system improving a construction property at a construction site, being inconspicuous in appearance, and being capable of reproducing background noise in a wide sound range.SOLUTION: A partition system 100 comprises: an upper rail 1 fixed on the ceiling side; a lower rail 2 fixed on the floor side; and a partition panel 3 including an upper end locked on the upper rail 1 and a lower end supported by the lower rail 2. The partition panel 3 includes: a frame body 30 formed in a four-side frame shape; a surfacing material 39 provided on each of both faces of the frame body 30; and a vibration speaker 40 provided on the surfacing material 39's face on the frame body 30 side, the speaker including a vibrator that vibrates to make the surfacing material 39 vibrate to generate sound.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
