To provide a low-cost movable partition structure excellent in habitability while increasing the degree of freedom in the change of a room layout in a living space region by integrating all water section equipment in one place.SOLUTION: In a limited living space region 12 excluding an outdoor region, an integrated region in which all the water section equipment 15 are aggregated at one place and a partition rail mechanism arranged in a living space region other than the integrated region and for arranging a movable partition 17 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
