PILE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile construction management method that when support strength of a perforated bottom does not reach a predetermined value in a penetration test before erection of a pile, performs re-excavation and re-determination of its pile hole and applies an existing pile and reinforcement cage corresponding to a depth before the re-excavation to the pile hole having an increased depth, enabling inexpensive and efficient pile construction.SOLUTION: Before formation of a pile hole H1 having a set depth on a ground G and succeeding erection of a pile inside the pile hole H1, support strength is determined using penetration test machines M1, M2 comprising, inside a vertical cylinder-shaped outer side casing 3, a knocking block 51 incorporating a penetration shaft 4 protruding downwards, a drive hammer 52, and a lifting mechanism 8 for the drive hammer 52 from the number of times of hammering required for the penetration shaft 4 made to reach a hole bottom Hb1 penetrating to a predetermined depth. When the support strength does not reach a predetermined value, the pile hole H1 is re-excavated deeper before re-determination of the support strength; when the support strength reaches the predetermined value or more, a pile on which adjustment is performed by adding a length corresponding to a depth increase to an original pile length is erected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】杭の建て込み前の貫入試験で孔底の支持強度が所定値に満たなかった場合に、その杭孔の再掘削及び再判定を行い、深度が増した杭孔に再掘削前の深度に対応する既製杭や鉄筋籠を利用して低コストで能率よく杭施工を行える杭施工管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】地盤Gに設定深度の杭孔H1を形成後、該杭孔H1内への杭の建て込み前に、縦筒状の外側ケーシング3内に、下方突出する貫入軸4を一体化したノッキングブロック51と、ドライブハンマー52と、ドライブハンマー52の吊上げ機構8とを備える貫入試験機M1,M2を用い、孔底Hb1に着底させた該貫入軸4が所定深さまで貫入するのに要する打撃回数から支持強度を判定する。支持強度が所定値に満たない場合に杭孔H1を更に深く再掘削して支持強度を再判定し、所定値以上に達した場合に元の杭長さに対して深度増加分の長さを継ぎ足し調整した杭を建て込む。【選択図】図6
