SELF-LEVELING MATERIAL FOR FLOOR FINISHING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-leveling material for floor finishing which can obtain self-leveling mortar excellent in flowability and smoothness, and can form a cured body that has quick-hardening and quick-drying properties and has such excellent surface hardness and abrasion resistance as to be adapted as a finishing material even under low-temperature curing.SOLUTION: A self-leveling material for floor finishing contains a hydraulic component, blast furnace slag fine powder, a fine aggregate, re-emulsified resin powder, a fluidizing agent, a thickner, a curing accelerator and a setting retarder, where a content of the re-emulsified resin powder is 5-15 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic component, a content of lithium salt is 0.1-2.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic component, and a content of sodium aluminate is 0.1-2.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the hydraulic component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】流動性と平滑性に優れたセルフレベリングモルタルを得ることが可能であり、速硬速乾性を有し、低温養生下においても仕上げ材として適応可能な優れた表面強度や耐摩耗性を有する硬化体を形成することが可能な床仕上げ用セルフレベリング材の提供。【解決手段】水硬性成分、高炉スラグ微粉末、細骨材、再乳化形樹脂粉末、流動化剤、増粘剤、硬化促進剤及び凝結遅延剤を含有する床仕上げ用セルフレベリング材であって、再乳化形樹脂粉末の含有量が、水硬性成分100質量部に対して5〜15質量部であり、リチウム塩の含有量が、水硬性成分100質量部に対して0.1〜2.0質量部であり、アルミン酸ナトリウムの含有量が、水硬性成分100質量部に対して0.1〜2.0質量部である、床仕上げ用セルフレベリング材。【選択図】図1
