ROTARY BLADE-PROTECTING BODY IN GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade-protecting body that can surely suppress breakage when a rotary blade is rotated in the ground.SOLUTION: A rotary blade-protecting body is attached to an apical surface 6 of a drilling blade 3 in a ground improvement device and comprises a metallic base material main body 10 and an abrasion resistant body 11. The abrasion resistant body 11 is formed of a metallic material harder than the base material main body 10, and is fixed to cover the base material main body 10, and is provided with a low hardness area part 13 and a high hardness area part 12 that are different in hardness. The low hardness area part 13 and the high hardness area part 12 are integrally formed to be adjacent to each other along a plane direction of the base material main body 10 so as to protect the drilling blade 3 from abrasion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 回転翼を地盤中で回転させている使用中において、破損を確実に抑制し得る回転翼保護体の提供。【解決手段】 地盤改良装置の掘削翼3の先端面6に取付けられ、金属製の母材本体10および耐摩耗体11を備え、耐摩耗体11は、母材本体10に比べて高硬度の金属材料で形成されるとともに、母材本体10を覆うように固着され、硬度の異なる低硬度領域部13および高硬度領域部12を備え、低硬度領域部13および高硬度領域部12が、母材本体10の面方向に沿って隣合うよう一体的に形成されて、掘削翼3を摩耗から保護する回転翼保護体。【選択図】 図1
