ACCOUPLEMENT AND PANEL CONNECTION STRUCTURE USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an accouplement connecting a door upper panel and a wall panel adjacent to each other from being wrongly assembled upside down when the accouplement is fitted to the door upper panel.SOLUTION: A square accouplement 8 connects a door upper panel which is installed at an upper part of a door, and a wall panel which is adjacent to the door upper panel and has a height from a floor to a top edge of the door upper panel by being fitted to a rear face. A wrong assembly prevention part 26 is disposed at an upper end of the square accouplement 8. When the door upper panel and the square accouplement 8 are disposed upside down instead of normal arrangement in a predetermined vertical direction, the wrong assembly prevention part 26 butts against the door upper panel 1 and prevents the accouplement from fitting to the rear face, thus wrong assembly in upside-down state is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】互いに隣接するドア上パネルと壁パネルを連結する連結材を、ドア上パネルに取り付ける際に生じ易い、誤って上下反転した状態での取付による誤組立を防止する。【解決手段】ドアの上部に設けられたドア上パネルと、ドア上パネルに隣接して設けられ床からドア上パネルの上端までの高さを有する壁パネルとに渡って、裏面に嵌合してパネル同士を連結する角状の連結材８において、角状の連結材８の上端部には、誤組立防止部２６が設けられており、ドア上パネルと角状の連結材８を、所定の上下方向の正常の配置ではなく、共に上下反転した状態とした場合は、誤組立防止部２６がドア上パネル１に当接して規制され、裏面に嵌合することができず、これによって、上下反転した状態での取付による誤組立を防止する。【選択図】図１
