CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF LARGE-SIZED PRECAST DOUBLE-WALL PANEL AND MIDDLE ACCOUPLEMENT
The present invention relates to an integral connection structure of a large-sized precast double wall panel and a middle connection member, which allows a large-sized precast double wall to be cured to be integrally manufactured at a time by concrete placed and filled in a mold in a state of being connected with two inner and outer wall panels, a casing forming a connection member laterally connecting the two wall panels, and a wall reinforcing bar reinforced in the wall panel by a connection reinforcing bar for lateral pressure resistance reinforced therein to be integrated into one, thereby being possible to more simply and quickly manufacture the large-sized precast double wall with a low production cost without passing through a complex operation process and being possible to simply assemble the member without separate additional operation with only simple operation of erecting the large-sized precast double wall transported into a site in site construction.
본 발명은 대형 프리캐스트 더블월 판넬과 중간 연결부재의 일체형 접속 구조에 관한 것으로, 내,외 두 개의 벽체 판넬과, 이 두 개의 벽체 판넬을 횡으로 이어주는 연결부재를 구성하는 케이싱과, 그 내부에 배근된 측압저항용 연결철근에 의하여 상기 벽체 판넬 내부에 배근된 벽체 철근과 엮여져 하나로 일체화된 상태에서, 몰드 내부에 타설 충전되는 콘크리트에 의하여 대형 프리캐스트 더블월이 한 번에 동시에 양생되어 일체로 제작됨으로써, 복잡한 작업 과정을 거치지 않고도, 보다 간편하고 신속하게 낮은 생산원가로 대형 프리캐스트 더블월을 생산할 수 있게 하고, 현장 시공에서는 현장으로 운송된 상기 대형 프리캐스트 더블월을 기립(起立)시키는 간단한 작업만으로 별도의 추가 작업 없이도 부재를 간편히 조립할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
