MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR REINFORCEMENT LAMINATE MEMBER AND LAMINATE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a reinforcement laminate member which can sufficiently secure a longitudinal adhesive strength of a knotted rod-like reinforcement to a wooden material, and a reinforcement laminate member.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for a reinforcement laminate member, which enables a knotted rod-like reinforcement 4 circular in cross section to adhere between the lamination planes 2a of a pair of wooden materials 2 bonded with each other in a lamination state, comprises an adhesion process for pressurizing a pair of wooden materials 2 on each other in a direction orthogonal to the lamination planes 2a, as the knotted rod-like reinforcement 4 remains clamped between mounting grooves 3 formed between the respective lamination planes 2a of a pair of wooden materials 2, to bond the rod-like reinforcement 4 with the pair of wooden materials 2, where the inner face of the mounting groove 3 comprises a linear part 3a which is, before the adhesion process, linear in cross-sectional view orthogonal to the center axis O of the knotted rod-like reinforcement 4 and is, during the adhesion process, deformed under compression by the outer peripheral part of the knotted rod-like reinforcement 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】木製材に対する節付き棒状補強材の長手方向の付着強度を十分に確保することができる補強集成材の製造方法及び補強集成材を提供する。【解決手段】互いが積層状態で接合された一対の木製材2の積層面2a間に、断面円形状の節付き棒状補強材4を付着する補強集成材の製造方法であって、一対の木製材2の各積層面2a間に形成された装着溝3同士の間に、節付き棒状補強材4を挟み込んだ状態で、一対の木製材2同士を、積層面2aに直交する方向に加圧して、一対の木製材2に節付き棒状補強材4を付着する付着工程を備え、装着溝3の内面は、付着工程前に、節付き棒状補強材4の中心軸線Oに直交する断面視で直線状を呈し、付着工程時に、節付き棒状補強材4の外周部により圧縮変形させられる直線部3aを備える。【選択図】図2
