SNOW MELTING AGENT USING BINCHO CHARCOAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a situation that conventional snow melting agents are used for a road after injecting calcium chloride to a sprinkling vehicle, chlorine ion amount becomes excessive and vegetation shows declination trend, and adverse effects of corrosion to reinforced-concrete, and rust of neighboring utility poles, electric facilities and vehicles are caused.SOLUTION: For solving the problem, an alkaline solution containing Bincho charcoal as a raw material is effectively maintained at pH (around 10) for about 2 days after use adjustment, the coal is a fine powder with particle size of 45 μm or less. pH 10.44 to 8.25 is used for about 5 days.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】従来の融雪剤は道路に散水車などに塩化カルシユムを注入後使用していた。塩素イオン量が過剰となり植生が衰退傾向を見せる。また鉄筋コンクリートに対する腐食、付近の電柱、電気設備、車両の錆びの悪影響が起因していた。【解決手段】これを解決するには備長炭を原料としたアルカリ性水溶液を効率よく融雪剤として使用調整後2日間程度でpH(10付近)を維持し、その微粉末として粒度45μm以下の炭である。pH10.44〜8.25を5日程度使う。【選択図】図1
