PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified asphalt composition for a waterproof sheet that has low viscosity while having low specific gravity.SOLUTION: A modified asphalt composition for a waterproof sheet contains asphalt, a styrenic thermoplastic resin, and a filler containing hollow particles. The styrenic thermoplastic resin has a weight average molecular weight of 200,000 g/mol or less. The filler has a residual content after 106 μm sieving of 35 mass% or less, a bulk density of 0.05 g/cm-0.25 g/cm, and a water floating percentage of 40 mass% or more. The modified asphalt composition has a content of the asphalt of 40-90 mass%. The modified asphalt composition has a viscosity at 190°C of 2,000 mPa s-10,000 mPa s.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低比重でありつつ、低粘度な防水シート用改質アスファルト組成物を提供する。【解決手段】防水シート用改質アスファルト組成物は、アスファルトと、スチレン系熱可塑性樹脂と、中空粒子を含むフィラーとを含む。スチレン系熱可塑性樹脂の重量平均分子量は、２００，０００ｇ／モル以下である。フィラーの１０６μｍふるい残分量が３５質量％以下である。フィラーのかさ比重が０．０５ｇ／ｃｍ３〜０．２５ｇ／ｃｍ３である。フィラーの浮水率が４０質量％以上である。防水シート用改質アスファルト組成物におけるアスファルトの含有量が、４０質量％〜９０質量％である。防水シート用改質アスファルト組成物の１９０℃における粘度が２，０００ｍＰａ・ｓ〜１０，０００ｍＰａ・ｓである。【選択図】図１
