To provide a modified asphalt waterproof sheet including a modified asphalt composition layer and a polyvinyl chloride sheet layer, the modified asphalt waterproof sheet capable of preventing the softening of the modified asphalt composition layer.SOLUTION: A modified asphalt waterproof sheet 20 includes: a modified asphalt composition layer 2; and a polyvinyl chloride sheet layer 10 that includes a polyvinyl chloride sheet 6 formed over the modified asphalt composition layer 2. The polyvinyl chloride sheet 6 has an amount of volatilized substance of 5.0 g/m2 or less when the polyvinyl chloride sheet 6 is heated at 80°C for 2 weeks.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
