MOIST CONDITION DETECTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE CURING MAT, AND CONCRETE CURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology suited for maintaining a moist condition on a concrete surface using a curing mat.SOLUTION: Two ribbon-shaped rectangular metallic sheets are provided on a measurement sensor, for forming two electrodes. The two metallic sheets arranged as the electrodes are installed between a concrete curing mat and a concrete surface. During a concrete curing period, voltage is applied between the two electrodes for charging a prescribed electric charge between the electrodes, and then the charge is discharged for measuring residual voltage. When the measured value of the residual voltage falls below a preset prescribed value, the curing mat is determined to be in an insufficiently moist condition, and water is sprinkled. With the present invention, there is no need to rely on an experience and others of a construction worker, when determining the moist condition of the curing mat. As such, a risk is small that a dry portion is omitted, and an amount of the sprinkled water may be managed appropriately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 養生マットでコンクリート面の湿潤状態を維持するに好適な技術を提供する。【解決手段】 測定センサにリボン型で長方形の金属シートを２枚配して、２つの電極を形成する。そして、電極として配した２枚の金属シートをコンクリート養生マットとコンクリート面との間に設置する。コンクリートの養生期間中は、２つの電極間に電圧をかけて、両電極間に所定の電荷を充電した後、充電した電荷を放電させて残留電圧を計測する。そして、該残留電圧の測定値が、予め定めた所定値より低下した際に、養生マットの湿潤状態が不良であると判断して散水する。本発明であれば、養生マットの湿潤状態判断の際に、施行者の経験等に頼る必要がない。したがって、乾いている部分を見逃す危険性が少なく、さらに散水の量も適切に管理できる。【選択図】 図１
