ELEVATOR-TYPE PARKING DEVICE AND CAGE ATTITUDE CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator-type parking device and a cage attitude control method therefor that significantly reduce required power (output) and adjust an inclination of a cage caused by an unbalanced load, for maintaining the cage in a horizontal attitude.SOLUTION: An elevator-type parking device includes a plurality of hanging ropes 12, a linking mechanism 18, and an attitude adjustment device 20. The plurality of hanging ropes 12 hangs a cage 5 for mounting a vehicle 1 and extends vertically upward, and is raised/lowered in synchronicity with each other from above a hoistway 3. The linking mechanism 18 includes a guide wheel 18a fixed on the cage 5 and a linking string-like body 19, and links bottom edges of at least a pair of hanging ropes 12 in opposite directions with each other through the guide wheel 18a, movably in a vertical direction. The attitude adjustment device 20 includes an attitude angle sensor 22, an actuator 24, and a horizontal control device 26, and detects an inclination of the cage 5 and adjusts the linking mechanism 18 for keeping the cage 5 in a horizontal attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】必要動力(出力)を大幅に低減でき、かつアンバランス荷重に起因するケージの傾きを調整して水平を保持することができるエレベータ式駐車装置とそのケージ姿勢制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】複数の吊ロープ12、連動機構18、及び姿勢調整装置20を備える。複数の吊ロープ12は、車両1を載せるケージ5を吊下げて鉛直上方に延び、昇降路3の上部から互いに同期して昇降される。連動機構18は、ケージ5に固定された案内車18aと連動紐状体19を有し、少なくとも1対の吊ロープ12の下端を、案内車18aを介して互いに反対方向に上下動可能に連結する。姿勢調整装置20は、姿勢角センサ22、アクチュエータ24、及び水平制御装置26を備え、ケージ5の傾きを検出して連動機構18を調整しケージ5の水平を保持する。【選択図】図5
