CUTTER OF CONCRETE MEMBER AND DISMANTLING METHOD OF CONCRETE MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter of a concrete member which can cut and dismantle the large-sized concrete member such as an underground beam by using a wire saw, suppresses the generation of dust, and can perform suitable cutting/dismantling work which is low in noise and vibration, and a dismantling method of the concrete member.SOLUTION: A cutter of a concrete member comprises an adapter 1 attached to a base machine, and supporting a cutter A, a guide frame 2 integrally attached to the adapter 1, and a wire saw mechanism supported by the guide frame 2. The wire saw mechanism comprises a drive pulley, a guide pulley, a propulsion pulley, a plurality of pulleys of a tension pulley 9, and a wire saw 10. The guide frame 2 comprises a main frame 4 which is arranged at the adapter 1 while being connected thereto, and a sub-frame 5 to which the propulsion pulley is attached, and which is supported by the main frame 4 in a fore-and-aft direction T2 at a prescribed stoke so as to be advanceable and retractable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ワイヤーソーを用いて地中梁などの大型のコンクリート部材を切断/解体できるようにし、粉じんの発生を抑え、低騒音、低振動の好適な切断/解体作業を可能にするコンクリート部材の切断装置及びコンクリート部材の解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】ベースマシンに取り付けて切断装置Aを支持させるためのアダプター1と、アダプター1に一体に取り付けられるガイドフレーム2と、ガイドフレーム2に支持されるワイヤーソー機構とを備える。ワイヤーソー機構は、駆動プーリー、ガイドプーリー、推進プーリー、テンションプーリー9の複数のプーリーと、ワイヤーソー10とを備える。ガイドフレーム2は、アダプター1に接続して配設されるメインフレーム4と、推進プーリーが取り付けられるとともに、メインフレーム4に前後方向T2に所定のストロークで進退自在に支持されたサブフレーム5とを備える。【選択図】図2
