PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection member capable of suppressing luxuriant growth of plants without removal of an existing construction structure, the construction structure, and a method for adding a weed-proof function.SOLUTION: A horizontally long projection member 1 capable of being mounted on a side surface of a boundary block 9 at least partially buried in a ground surface includes a mounting surface 2 that is connected to the side surface 10a of the boundary block 9, and a first inclined plane 3 that is extended toward the opposite side of the boundary block 9 from the mounting surface 2 and that has an exterior angle θ1 between itself and the mounting surface 2 in a vertical section set to be an acute angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
