ASSEMBLING-FIXING METHOD OF LOUVER MATERIAL IN LOUVER DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production cost of a constitution mechanism for adjusting an installation inclination angle of a louver material, by executing a change adjustment of the installation inclination angle of the louver material by simple operation work.SOLUTION: An intermediate member provided by being connected to a central part on one end side in the longitudinal direction of a louver material is formed in a polygonal high nut shape equipping a screw hole in an axial part in a polygonal column shape, an U-shaped fitting groove for slidably fitting a part of projecting from a side end surface of the louver material of the intermediate member assembled in the louver material is formed in an uplifting wall of a mullion for assembling, supporting and installing the louver material, the louver material is set as a desired inclination angle, and the intermediate member of its louver material is fitted to a U-shaped type fitting groove formed on the uplifting wall of the mullion, and is held at the above-mentioned inclination angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】ルーバー材の取付傾斜角度の変更調節が、簡略な操作作業で行え、かつ、ルーバー材の取付傾斜角度の調整のための構成機構の制作コストを安価にする。【解決手段】ルーバー材の長手方向の一端側の中心部位に接続させて設ける中間部材を、多角柱状で、軸芯部位に螺子穴を装備する多角高ナット状に形成しておき、ルーバー材を組み付け支架せしめる方立ての立上壁には、ルーバー材に組み付けた中間部材の該ルーバー材の側端面から突出する部位を摺動自在に嵌合せしめるU字状の嵌合溝を形成しておき、ルーバー材を、所望の傾斜角度とし、そのルーバー材の中間部材を、前記方立ての立上壁に形成せるU字状型の嵌合溝に対し嵌合させて前述の傾斜角度に保持せしめる。【選択図】図12
