ARCHITECTURAL LOUVER MATERIAL AND LOUVER
To provide an inexpensive louver of a hollow three-dimensional structure which can easily be perforated and looks beautiful even when viewed from any of front, back, right and left.SOLUTION: A louver material comprising a first plate material elongated in one direction and a second plate material having the same length as the first plate material, is formed so as to have a three-dimensional shape having a hollow part when the first and second plate materials are superposed. When the first and second plate materials are superposed on each of the first and second plate materials, contact parts which come into contact with each other in the hollow part are provided, and fixing parts for fixing the contact parts are provided in the hollow part. One of the first and second plate materials is fixed to a stringer fixed to a base material of a building, and the other plate material is fixed to one plate material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】有孔加工が容易で表裏左右どこから見ても美しく見える中空の立体構造のルーバーを安価に提供する。【解決手段】一方向に長く延びる第1の板材と該第1の板材と同長の第2の板材とから成り、該第1と第2の板材を重ね合わせると、中空部を有する立体形状を形成するルーバー材が形成される。第1と第2の板材のそれぞれに、該第1と第2の板材を重ね合わせると、中空部内で互いに当接する当接部を設け、該当接部を固定するための固定部を中空部内に設ける。第1と第2の板材の中、一方の板材を、建造物の下地材に固定したストリンガーに固定し、他方の板材を一方の板材に固定する。【選択図】 図1
