FIXTURE TOOL AND FIXTURE STRUCTURE FOR TABULAR SOUND ABSORBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a clean and clear fixture of tabular sound absorber against a concrete wall of a machine room showing ideal sound absorbing characteristic.SOLUTION: A fixture of this invention performs a sound absorbing processing by fixing a tabular sound absorbing material 40 having a glass cloth 42 laminated on the surface of a sound absorbing material 41 to a concrete wall 50. The fixture comprises a flat washer 20 laminated on the surface of the tabular sound absorbing material 40; and a flat machine screw 10 in which a thread part 13 at its extremity end is inserted into a central hole 21 of the flat washer 20 and screwed into the concrete wall 50. The flat washer 20 has a conical protrusion part 23 at the central part of a flat ring 22 toward the tabular sound absorbing material 40. An inner diameter of a center hole 21 of the conical protrusion part 23 is set to be larger than a shaft diameter of the flat machine screw 10, a flush head 12 is installed at an inner recess part 24 arranged inside the conical protrusion part 23, the flat machine screw 10 is connected to the flat washer 20 in such a way that it can be inclined. The flat ring 22 is closely contacted with the surface of the tabular sound absorbing material 40 to cause the tabular sound absorbing material 40 to be fixed to the concrete wall 50 under a state in which the flat machine screw 10 is fixed to the concrete wall 50 under non-vertical attitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】理想的な吸音特性で板状吸音材を機械室のコンクリート壁に綺麗に固定する。【解決手段】固定具は、吸音材41の表面にガラスクロス42を積層してなる板状吸音材40をコンクリート壁50に固定して防音処理する。固定具は、板状吸音材40の表面に積層される平座金20と、平座金20の中心穴21に挿入され、先端部のネジ部13がコンクリート壁50にねじ込まれる皿ビス10とを備える。平座金20は、平板リング22の中央部に、板状吸音材40に向かって突出する円錐突出部23を有し、円錐突出部23の中心穴21の内径を皿ビス10の軸直径よりも大きくし、円錐突出部23の内側に設けたインナー凹部24に皿頭12を配置して、皿ビス10を平座金20に傾動自在に連結し、皿ビス10が非垂直姿勢でコンクリート壁50に固定される状態で、平板リング22が板状吸音材40の表面に密着して板状吸音材40をコンクリート壁50に固定する。【選択図】図2
