HOLDING CAP FOR HEAT INSULATOR/SOUND ABSORBER, AND FIXTURE
To provide a holding cap for a heat insulator or a sound absorber which is engaged/fixed with a pin member by easily being inserted into the heat insulator or the sound absorber without requiring a separate tool and is capable of easily and arbitrarily adjusting an attachment height.SOLUTION: A holding cap 10 is configured by: integrally forming a head 12 which presses a heat insulator or a sound absorber and a leg 14 which is engaged and fixed with a pin member 30 with a resin material; configuring the leg 14 by mutually coupling four columnar craw parts 16 each of which has a tip end shape sharpened toward a tip end thereof and disposed on the same circumference, and the columnar craw parts adjacent to the columnar craw parts 16 at a base side by thin coupling parts 18; and forming a female screw 26 which is capable of being threaded with a male screw 38 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the pin member 30, on a circular inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical part which is formed from the columnar craw parts 16 and the thin coupling parts 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】別の工具を必要とせずに、容易に断熱材や吸音材に差し込んで、ピン部材と係合・固定可能とすると共に、取付高さを容易に且つ任意に調整することが可能となる、断熱材又は吸音材の押さえキャップを提供すること。【解決手段】断熱材又は吸音材を押さえ付ける頭部１２と、ピン部材３０と係合、固定せしめられる脚部１４とを樹脂材料にて一体的に形成し、脚部１４を、その先端に向かって尖鋭化された先端形状をもつ同一円周上に配設された４つの柱状爪部１６と、それら柱状爪部１６の隣接するもの同士を基部側において薄肉連結部１８によって相互に連結して構成すると共に、柱状爪部１６と薄肉連結部１８とによって形成される筒状部の円形の内周面に、ピン部材３０の外周面に形成される雄ネジ３８と螺合せしめ得る雌ネジ２６を形成して、押さえキャップ１０を構成した。【選択図】図１
