PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device that prohibits use by an identified user, thereby physically ensuring that a bicycle parking space is secured for a specified user such as a regular user who has made a reservation beforehand.SOLUTION: A bicycle parking device has a holding part for holding a bicycle, and includes entry blocking means with a closed state that blocks entry into the holding part and an open state that permits the entry, and entry control means that controls a transition operation to the closed state from the open state when having received a reservation signal, and controls the transition operation to the open state from the closed state when having received a cancellation signal. A reservation for use is secured by restricting entry into the parking device when the reservation signal is transmitted, and the parking restriction relating to the reservation for use may be cancelled when having received the cancellation signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】本願発明が解決しようとする課題は、定期利用ユーザなど予め利用予約した特定ユーザのために駐輪スペースの確保予約を物理的に担保し、不特定者が駐輪装置を利用できないようにすることを可能にする駐輪装置を提供することである。【解決手段】自転車を保持する保持部を有する駐輪装置であって、保持部への進入を阻止する閉塞状態と進入を許す開放状態とを有する進入阻止手段と、予約信号を受信して、前記開放状態から前記閉塞状態への移行動作を制御し、解除信号を受信して前記閉塞状態から前記開放状態への移行動作を制御する進入制御手段と、を備え、予約信号の発信による駐輪装置への進入制限により利用予約を確保し、解除信号により利用予約に係る駐輪制限を解除できるように構成した。【選択図】図３
