DECK SLAB REPLACEMENT METHOD FOR STEEL COMPOSITE GIRDER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deck slab replacement method for the steel composite girder, which enables minimizing the dimensions of reinforcement members that are added for non-composition process during deck slab replacement of a steel composite girder and causes no drawback in crane installation works during deck slab removal.SOLUTION: A deck slab replacement method for the steel composite girder, which replaces an existing concrete deck slab CS of a steel composite girder that is a composition of a steel girder G1 and a concrete deck slab CS with a precast deck slab CS' in this invention comprises: a process of reinforcement member installation which installs to the steel girder G1 a reinforcement member L1 that is added meant for non-composition state before removing the existing concrete deck slab CS; a deck slab removal process which dismantles and removes the existing concrete deck slab CS; a fastener-relaxation process which loosens or temporarily removes all or part of joint members such as bolts tightening the reinforcement member L1 upon removing the deck slab; and a process of placing a precast deck slab CS' onto the steel girder G1 after re-tightening the aforesaid joint members that were loosened or removed once.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼合成桁の床版取替の際に非合成化のために追加する補強部材の寸法を極力小さくすることができ、且つ、床版の撤去時のクレーン設置作業にも支障のない鋼合成桁の床版取替工法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼桁G1とコンクート床版CSとが一体となった鋼合成桁の既設コンクート床版CSをプレキャスト床版CS’に取り替える鋼合成桁の床版取替工法において、既設コンクリート床版CSを撤去する前に、非合成化するために追加して補強する補強部材L1を鋼桁G1に取り付ける補強部材取付工程と、既設コンクリート床版CSを解体撤去する床版撤去工程と、床版撤去工程後に、補強部材L1を締め付けるボルトなどの接合部材の全部又は一部を、緩めるか又は一旦撤去する締付緩和工程と、を行い、一旦緩め又は撤去した前記接合部材を再度締め付けた後、プレキャスト床版CS’を鋼桁G1に載置する。【選択図】図1
