EXTERNAL WALL STRUCTURE OF WOODEN BUILDING, EXTERNAL WALL CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WOODEN BUILDING AND JOINT REINFORCEMENT JIG FOR USE IN THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall structure of a wooden building, an external wall construction method of the wooden building and a joint reinforcement jig for use in the same, in which the earthquake resistance and wind resistance of the building is improved and the occurrence of cracks can be prevented.SOLUTION: The external wall structure of a wooden building of the present invention is characterized by being formed in the lower part of an existing external wall, and having a structural plywood, a receiving material, a joint bond, an upper exterior material, a lower exterior material and a calking part. An external wall construction method of the wooden building of the present invention is characterized by having (1) a step of attaching the receiving material to the existing base material, (2) a step of connecting the structural plywood to the existing base material, (3) a step of attaching the joint bond to the existing base material and the joint part of the structural plywood, (4) a step of forming the upper exterior material, (5) a step of forming the lower exterior material, (6) a step of removing a guiding spacer from the joint bond, and (7) a step of forming the calking part. The joint reinforcement jig of the present invention is characterized by having the joint bond and the guiding spacer provided to the joint bond detachably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物の耐震性・耐風性を向上させるとともにクラック発生を防止できる木造建物の外壁構造、外壁構築工法、および継手補強治具を提供すること。【解決手段】本願の木造建物の外壁構造は、既設外壁の下部に形成され、構造用合板と、受材と、継手目地材と、上部外装材と、下部外装材と、コーキング部と、を有することを特徴とする。本願の木造建物の外壁構築工法は、既設外壁の下部に形成され、1)既設下地材に受材を付設する工程と、2)既設下地材に構造用合板を接続する工程と、3)既設下地材と構造用合板の継手部に継手目地材を付設する工程と、4)上部外装材を形成する工程と、5)下部外装材を形成する工程と、6)継手目地材からガイドスペーサを取り外す工程と、7)コーキング部を形成する工程と、を有することを特徴とする。本願の継手補強治具は、継手目地材と、継手目地材に着脱自在に付設するガイドスペーサと、を有することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
