PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an ultra large size tile as an exterior material, the tile that is thin, is easily deflected and has a considerable weight.SOLUTION: A tile unit is unitized as a composite panel by bonding a tile 2 and a framework 3. The framework 3 has: an upper frame 4 having a first projection 20, a second projection 21 and an unevenness adjusting bolt 19 retracting in the vertical direction and performing unevenness adjustment, and placed and fixed on foundation hardware 29 of a building structure side; and a bottom frame 5 being not fixed to the building structure, and having an engaging recess 22 engaged with the first projection 20 of other units arranged in the lower stage and regulating the approach or separating movement to the wall of the building structure. The upper frame 4 is placed on the foundation hardware 29, and the second projection 21 is mounted to the foundation hardware 29 and is suspended. Alternatively, the bottom frame 5 is engaged with the first projection 20 of the tile of the lower stage. Thereby, the tile unit 1 is included so as to be mounted in a horizontally moving/rocking manner slightly and longitudinally.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】薄く撓み易い上に相当程度の重量がある超大判タイルを外装材として使用可能とする。【解決手段】タイル2と骨組み3とを接着させて複合パネルとしてユニット化し、骨組み3は、第1の突条20と第2の突条21と鉛直方向に出没して不陸調整を行う不陸調整用ボルト19とを有し建物躯体側の下地金物29に載置されて固定される上框4と、建物躯体に固定されず下段に配置される他のユニットの第1の突条20と係合されて建物躯体の壁に対して接近離反する動きが規制される係合凹部22を有する下框5とを有し、上框4を下地金物29の上に載置して第2の突条21を下地金物29に取り付けて吊り下げられる一方、下框5を下段のタイルの第1の突条20と係合させることにより、タイルユニット1が前後に僅かに水平移動・揺動可能に取り付けられるように備えられている。【選択図】図3
