PROCESS SAVING CORROSION-PROOF RECOATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-proof recoating method which can simplify surface treatment of an existing degraded steel structure and exhibits corrosion proofness over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A process saving corrosion-proof recoating method being a recoating method of an existing structure includes: a surface treatment step (1) of easily removing rust generated on the surface of the existing structure; a primary corrosion-proof treatment step (2) of coating an inorganic zinc primer (A) onto a rust layer on the treated surface obtained in the step (1); and a step (3) of coating an epoxy resin primer (B) to a treatment portion subjected to primary corrosion-proof treatment in the step (2) to form an epoxy resin primer coating film, where a dry average film thickness (T1) of the inorganic zinc primer (A) is thinner than a rust layer thickness (T2) after the primer treatment.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】老朽化した既設の鋼構造物などに対して、下地処理を簡略化でき、且つ、長期の防食性を発揮する防食塗り替え工法を提供する。【解決手段】既設構造物の塗り替え工法であって、該既設構造物表面に生じた錆を簡易除去する下地処理工程(1)、工程(1)で得られた下地処理面における錆層上に、無機系ジンクプライマー(A)を塗装する一次防錆処理工程(2)、工程(2)で一次防錆処理された処理部に、エポキシ樹脂系下塗り塗料(B)を塗装してエポキシ樹脂下塗り塗膜を設ける工程(3)を含み、無機系ジンクプライマー(A)の乾燥平均膜厚(T1)が、下地処理後の錆層厚さ(T2)よりも薄膜であることを特徴とする省工程防食塗り替え工法。【選択図】なし
