ROOF DRAIN, STRAINER FOR ROOF DRAIN, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STRAINER FOR ROOF DRAIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof drain, a strainer for the roof drain, and a manufacturing method of the strainer for the roof drain that prevent more reliably inflow into a gutter pipe of a minute waste that can pass through an opening in a grid part of a strainer, and enable such minute waste to be cleaned readily without interrupting drainage in the gutter pipe.SOLUTION: A roof drain 1 of the present invention has a water permeable part 24 formed at an opening 21 of a grid part 22 of a strainer 20, the water permeable part having an aggregate 23 bonded with an adhesive. As such, the roof drain 1 is capable of preventing inflow into a gutter pipe of a minute waste that has passed through the opening 21, with the water permeable part 24. Since the water permeable part 24 is formed at the opening 21 of the grid part 22, wastes that accumulate on the water permeable part 24 may be removed readily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明はストレーナの格子部開口を通過するような細かいゴミの樋管への流入をより確実に防ぐことができ、また樋管での排水を妨げることなく、このような細かいゴミの清掃が簡単に行えるルーフドレン、ルーフドレン用ストレーナ及びルーフドレン用ストレーナの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のルーフドレン１は、ストレーナ２０の格子部２２の開口２１に、骨材２３を接着剤で固着した透水部２４が形成された構成となっている。このためルーフドレン１は、従来は開口２１を通過していたような細かいゴミの樋管への流入を透水部２４によって防ぐことができるようになる。また、透水部２４が格子部２２の開口２１に形成されていることから、透水部２４に溜まったゴミは簡単に取り除くことができる【選択図】図１
