HIGH BELITE-BASED CEMENT COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high belite-based cement composition which can effectively shorten a setting time while satisfactorily keeping strength development of a short-term material age without using an additive such as a setting accelerator.SOLUTION: A high belite-based cement composition contains: (X) a cement clinker which contains 1.5-2.5 mass% of the following component (X) free lime, 23-31 mass% of CS, 54-62 mass% of CS, 1-3 mass% of CA, 8-13 mass% of CAF, 0.5-1.0 mass% of MgO and 0.10-0.31 mass% of SO, where the total amount of CA and CAF is 11-15 mass%; and (Y) gypsum having an amount of 1.2-4.0 mass% in terms of SO, where an amount of hemihydrate gypsum in the component (X) in terms of SOis 20-80 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】凝結促進剤等の添加剤を用いることなく、短期材齢の強度発現性を良好に保持しながら、凝結時間の短縮化を有効に図ることのできる高ビーライト系セメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分(X)フリーライムを1.5〜2.5質量%、C3Sを23〜31質量%、C2Sを54〜62質量%、C3Aを1〜3質量%、C4AFを8〜13質量%、MgOを0.5〜1.0質量%、及びSO3を0.10〜0.31質量%含み、かつC3AとC4AFの合計量が11〜15質量%であるセメントクリンカ、並びに成分(Y)SO3換算量が1.2〜4.0質量%である石膏を含有し、かつ成分(X)中における半水石膏のSO3換算量が、20〜80質量%である高ビーライト系セメント組成物。【選択図】なし
