PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damage to a screen even when a tsunami barrier is provided on a slope.SOLUTION: A tsunami barrier (1) comprises a plurality of supports (2) that are erected along a vertical direction on a slope, and a screen (3) that is laid between the supports (2) along an inclination of the slope to capture an object (C) swept away by the force of waves.
