PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film in which a contrast can be varied by varying the transmittance within the film plane, and a method for driving the light control film.SOLUTION: A light control film 10 of the present invention includes: a transparent first electrode 22A; a transparent second electrode 22B disposed opposing to the first electrode 22A; a plurality of feeding parts 221, 222, 223, 224 disposed on the first electrode 22A; a power source for supplying each independent potential to the plurality of feeding parts 221, 222, 223, 224; and a light control material 14 disposed between the first electrode 22A and the second electrode 22B and varying the transmittance in response to the potential difference between the first electrode 22A and the second electrode 22B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
