PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light control film in which a contrast can be varied within the film plane by varying the transmittance within the film plane.SOLUTION: A light control film 10 of the present invention includes: a first electrode 22A and a second electrode 22B disposed opposing to each other; a light control material 14 disposed between the first electrode 22A and the second electrode 22B and varying the transmittance in response to a potential difference between the first electrode 22A and the second electrode 22B; a first feeding part 221 and a second feeding part 222 disposed on the first electrode 22A; a third feeding part 223 and a fourth feeding part 224 disposed on the second electrode 22B; and power sources 201, 202, 203, 204 for supplying each independent potential to the first feeding part 221, the second feeding part 222, the third feeding part 223 and/or the fourth feeding part 224.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
