SEAL STRUCTURE OF VERTICAL WELL CASING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent intrusion of foreign matters such as sediment into vertical well casings on an upstream side and a downstream side by preventing a large damage of a rubber packing to secure seal efficiency to a horizontal pipe in boring of the horizontal pipe.SOLUTION: Vertical well casings 22U, 22D on an upstream side and a downstream side are installed on the upstream and downstream sides of a tunnel 1 damming flow of underground seepage water, and both casings 22U, 22D are connected with each other to circulate underground water flow with horizontal pipes 23U, 23D on the upstream side and the downstream side connecting one ends by boring from a horizontal direction, and a connection pipe connecting the other ends of the respective horizontal pipes 23U, 23D. A circular pipe 30 of a communication part 3 of both casings 22U, 22D is provided with: a rubber packing 31; and a rubber seal material 32 over the whole circumferential area in a peripheral direction. A lubricant 33 contacting the respective horizontal pipes 23U, 23 to scatter so as to stick to one end sides of the horizontal pipes 23U, 23D in the case of performing boring is accommodated almost over a semicircle region of the peripheral direction of the circular pipe 30 between both 31, 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横管のボーリング時にゴムパッキンの大きな損傷を防止して横管に対するシール性を確保し、上流側及び下流側縦井戸ケーシングへの土砂などの異物の侵入を確実に防止する。【解決手段】地下浸透水の流れを堰止めるトンネル1の上下流側に、上流側及び下流側縦井戸ケーシング22U,22Dを設置し、その両ケーシング22U,22D間を、横方向からのボーリングによって一端を連通する上流側及び下流側横管23U,23Dと、この各横管23U,23Dの他端同士を連結する連結管とで地下水流流通可能に繋ぐ。両ケーシング22U,22Dの連通部3の円管30に、ゴムパッキン31とゴムシール材32とを周方向全周域に亘って設ける。この両者31,32間における円管30の周方向のほぼ半周域に、ボーリングする際に各横管23U,23Dと接触してその横管23U,23Dの一端側にまとわりつくように飛散する滑剤33を収容している。【選択図】図2
