The invention relates to a vertical jacking and casing method combined riding well construction method, which combines a vertical jacking process and a casing method to be applied to a riding well of urban sewage and drainage pipelines, and comprises the following steps of: 1, during tunnel construction, adopting a special pipe joint at the position of the riding well; 2, after tunnel construction is completed, the steel sleeve is hammered to sink to the designed elevation; 3, soil is excavated in the steel sleeve; 4, a vertical jacking device and a water stop system are installed in the tunnel; 5, after construction of the steel sleeve and vertical jacking preparation work is completed, a temporary pressing plate on the lower portion of a first section of vertical pipe is cut off firstly, a first pipe section is hung on a vertical jacking device and connected with the first pipe section in an assembled welding or bolted mode, and then jacking construction is conducted; 6, fine aggregate concrete is adopted to seal the space between the sleeve and the vertical jacking pipe joint; and 7, the vertical jacking cap is removed in the steel sleeve. According to the construction method, the construction risk is reduced, and the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced.
本发明涉及一种垂直顶升与套管法结合的骑马井施工方法,将垂直顶升工艺与套管法结合应用到城市污水、排水管道的骑马井上,其步骤为:步骤1:在隧道施工时,在骑马井位置采用特殊管节;步骤2:待隧道施工完毕后,将钢套筒锤击下沉至设计标高;步骤3:钢套筒内挖土;步骤4:隧道内进行垂直顶升装置以及止水系统的安装;步骤5:待钢套筒及垂直顶升准备工作施工完毕后,首先割除首节竖管下部的临时压板,在垂直顶升装置上吊放首管节,并与首管节进行拼装焊接或螺栓连接,然后进行顶升施工;步骤6:采用细石混凝土将套筒与垂直顶升管节之间进行封闭;步骤7:在钢套筒内将垂直顶升盖帽进行摘除。该施工方法降低施工风险,降低对周边环境的影响。
