METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING FLAT METAL ROOF WITHOUT MOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems associated with the conventional techniques in which: it is impossible to follow the expansion/contraction of a metal roof plate due to temperature differences and the metal roof plate may stretch, float or become deformed.SOLUTION: A water receiver is boned to a waterproof material constructed on a roof substrate plywood, and a roll-shaped metal roof plate without any molding and in its original shape is put and laid on the water receiver, to secure a joint shape to prevent leakage of rain water and make it easy to follow expansion/contraction of the metal roof plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来の技術では、気温差による金属屋根板の膨張・収縮に追随できず、金属屋根板の伸び・浮きや変形が生じる課題がある。【解決手段】 屋根下地合板に施工された防水材の上に接着させた水受けに、成形を一切しないロール状の金属屋根板を、そのままの形状で乗せて雨が漏らず、金属屋根材の膨張・収縮に追随しやすくした継ぎ手形状を確保して敷き込む手段を講じている。【選択図】図１
