EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable urea water left in a piping of urea water supplementing circuit after urea water is supplemented to urea water tank to be prevented from being deteriorated at an exhaust emission control system of construction machines under influence of heat got from an engine or a working oil tank.SOLUTION: Urea water return circuit 202 for returning surplus urea water not injected from urea water injection device 4 into exhaust gas to urea water tank 6 is provided with both a first return piping 9 for connecting the urea water injection device 4 to the urea water tank 6 and a second return piping 10 for connecting the urea water injection device 4 to a piping 11 of a urea water supplementing circuit 201 and a valve opening pressure of a first check valve 15 arranged at the first return piping 9 is set to be higher than a valve opening pressure of a second check valve 16 arranged at the second return piping 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建設機械の排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、尿素水タンクへの尿素水の補給後に尿素水補給回路の配管内に残留した尿素水がエンジンや作動油タンク等の熱の影響を受けて劣化することを防止することができるようにする。【解決手段】尿素水噴射装置4から排気ガス中に噴射されなかった余剰の尿素水を尿素水タンク6に戻す尿素水戻り回路202に、尿素水噴射装置4を尿素水タンク6に接続する第1戻り配管9と、尿素水噴射装置4を尿素水補給回路201の配管11に接続する第2戻り配管10を設け、第1戻り配管9に設けられた第1チェック弁15の開弁圧力を第2戻り配管10に設けられた第2チェック弁16の開弁圧力よりも高く設定する。【選択図】 図2
