INTERMEDIATE ANCHORING TOOL AND MOUNTING METHOD FOR INTERMEDIATE ANCHORING TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate anchoring tool of which the weight is reduced and which improves workability in the case of mounting to a tension material and does not require a wide space around the tension material, the intermediate anchoring tool being fitted to an intermediate portion of the tension material into which a tensile force has been already introduced and of which both the ends have been anchored to a structure.SOLUTION: A continuous fiber sheet 3 configured by arraying multiple fibers being continuous in a circumferential direction is cylindrically wound around a tension material 2 and an interval between the continuous fiber sheet 3 that is made cylindrical and the tension material 2 is filled by a filler 5 that has expansibility in the case of hardening. The continuous fiber sheet 3 that is made cylindrical is constraint, such that an expansion pressure acts between the filler 5 and the tension material 2 and in such a state, the hardened filler 5 and the continuous fiber sheet 3 are fixed to the tension material 2. On an outer peripheral surface of the continuous fiber sheet 3 that is made cylindrical, concrete is installed in tight contact therewith, and the tension material 2 is anchored to the hardened concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】すでに緊張力が導入され、両端部が構造物に定着されている緊張材の中間部分に取り付ける中間定着具であって、重量が小さく緊張材に装着するときの施工性が良好であるとともに、緊張材の周囲に大きなスペースを必要としない中間定着具を提供する。【解決手段】緊張材2の周囲に、周方向に連続する複数の繊維を配列した連続繊維シート3が筒状に巻き回され、筒状となった連続繊維シート3と緊張材2との間に、硬化時に膨張性を有する充填材5が充填されている。筒状となった連続繊維シート3の拘束によって充填材5と緊張材2との間に膨張圧が作用し、この状態で硬化した充填材5及び連続繊維シート3が緊張材2に固定されている。筒状となった連続繊維シート3の外周面には密接するようにコンクリートが打設され、硬化した該コンクリートに緊張材2が定着される。【選択図】図1
