FLOOR SLAB REPAIR METHOD AND INTERMEDIATE ANCHORING TOOL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a limited narrow range of a concrete floor slab in which prestress is introduced in a girder axial direction, and to introduce prestress to a repaired portion.SOLUTION: A floor slab concrete 2a is chipped away and an intermediate portion of an existing tension material 31, which is arranged in a girder axial direction in the floor slab concrete, is exposed in two places to fix intermediate anchoring tools 32A, 32B so that the existing tension material 31 is anchored to floor slab concretes 2c, 2d. The existing tension material 31 located between the two intermediate anchoring tools is cut and removed, along with the removal of the floor slab concrete 2a located between the two fixed intermediate anchoring tools. Afterwards, a new tension material 33 is arranged between the two intermediate anchoring tools, along with the reconstruction of a floor slab concrete 2b in the same area. In the intermediate anchoring tool 32, an intermediate fixing part 41 for being fixed to the existing tension material and a cylindrical part 42 for anchoring the new tension material 33 are integrated. A tension force is introduced to the new tension material and both ends are anchored to the cylindrical part of the intermediate anchoring tool 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】桁の軸線方向にプレストレスが導入されたコンクリート床版を狭い範囲に限定して補修し、補修後の部分にもプレストレスを導入する。【解決手段】床版のコンクリート2aを斫り、該床版のコンクリート内で桁の軸線方向に配置された既設緊張材31の中間部分の二か所を露出させて中間定着具32A,32Bを固着し、既設緊張材31を床版のコンクリート2c,2dに定着する。固着された二つの中間定着具間の床版のコンクリート2aを除去するとともに、二つの中間定着具間の既設緊張材31を切断して除去する。その後この部分の床版のコンクリート2bを復元するとともに、二つの中間定着具間に新設緊張材33を配置する。中間定着具32は、既設緊張材に固着するための中間固着部41と新設緊張材33を定着するための筒状部42とが一体となっている。新設緊張材には緊張力を導入して両端を中間定着具32の筒状部に定着する。【選択図】図4
