JOINT STRUCTURE OF LIGNEOUS SHAFT MEMBER
PURPOSE: To prevent appearance or function reduction of an interior material caused by dew condensation caused by a drift pin without exerting influences upon the interior of a building, and further, to prevent durability reduction caused by deterioration of a structural material.CONSTITUTION: In a joint structure 1 of a ligneous structural member, beam retainer hardware 4 is connected to a girth 3 by a drift pin 14 that is inserted through member-side pin hole 13 and hardware-side pin holes 8 and 8, and a temporary retaining drift pin 16 that is inserted through a temporary retaining pin hole 15 is fitted into temporary retaining pin grooves 9 and 9 of lock parts 6 and 6, such that the girth 3 is temporarily retained by the beam retainer hardware 4. In a distal end excess space 25 of the member-side pin hole 13, however, a heat insulative plug body 23 is inserted in an airtight manner and in a distal end excess space 24 of the temporary retaining pin hole 15, the heat insulative plug body 23 is similarly inserted in an airtight manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【目的】建物の内装に影響を及ぼすことなく、ドリフトピンに起因した結露による内装材の美観あるいは機能低下、さらには構造材の腐朽による耐久性低下を防止する。【構成】本発明に係る木質構造部材の接合構造1は、部材側ピン孔13及び金物側ピン孔8,8に挿通されたドリフトピン14によって梁受け金物4を胴差し3に連結してあるとともに、仮受け用ピン孔15に挿通された仮受け用ドリフトピン16が、係止部6,6の仮受け用ピン溝9,9に嵌め込まれることにより、胴差し3を梁受け金物4で仮受けするようになっているが、部材側ピン孔13の先端余剰空間25には、断熱性栓体23を気密に挿入してあるとともに、仮受け用ピン孔15の先端余剰空間24には、同じく断熱性栓体23を気密に挿入してある。【選択図】 図1
