MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NONFLAMMABLE DECORATIVE BOARD AND NONFLAMMABLE DECORATIVE BOARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a nonflammable decorative board which uses a natural wood as a material, and is novel and graceful in design.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable decorative board comprises: a strand manufacturing process P1 for manufacturing a stand having a width and a length of 10 mm to 40 mm, and a thickness of 0.2 mm to 0.4 mm from a timber 90; an adhesive coating process P2 for coating the strand with an adhesive; and a strand throw-down process P4 for scattering the strand which is coated with the adhesive from an upper part of a nonflammable baseboard 20. The strand of 175 g to 250 g per 1 mis pasted on a surface of the nonflammable baseboard by the method, and the nonflammable decorative board 1 in which the surface of the nonflammable baseboard is partially exposed is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天然の木材を材料とすると共に、斬新かつ大胆な意匠の不燃性化粧ボードの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】木材90から、幅及び長さがそれぞれ10mm〜40mmで厚さが0.2mm〜0.4mmのストランドを製造するストランド製造工程P1と、ストランドに接着剤をコーティングする接着剤塗布工程P2と、接着剤でコーティングされたストランドを、不燃性基板20の上方から撒くストランド投下工程P4を具備する製造方法により、不燃性基板の表面に1m2当たり175g〜250gのストランドが貼着されていると共に、不燃性基板の表面が部分的に露出している不燃性化粧ボード1とする。【選択図】図1
