METHOD FOR PRODUCING NONFLAMMABLE DECORATIVE PLATE AND NONFLAMMABLE DECORATIVE PLATE THEREOF
To provide a method for producing a nonflammable decorative plate which can stabilize the amount used of a surface decorative material by minimizing the amount used of an adhesive for a nonflammable base material of a surface decorative material and making it possible to easily remove a part of the surface decorative material sprinkled on the surface of the nonflammable base material and can reuse the removed excess surface decorative material.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a nonflammable decorative plate 1 which comprises: a step of spraying a surface decorative material 20 on a nonflammable base material 10 to which an adhesive is applied; and a step capable of adjusting the amount of a surface decorative material 22 adhered to an adhesive layer 12 of the nonflammable base material 10 in a specified range by removing an excess surface decorative material 21 which is not in contact with the adhesive layer 12 composed of an adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】表面化粧材の不燃性基材への接着剤の使用量を最小限とすると共に不燃性基材の表面に撒かれた表面化粧材の一部を容易に取り除くことができるようにして、使用する表面化粧材の量を安定させ、しかも取り除いた余剰表面化粧材をそのまま再利用することができる不燃性化粧板の製造方法の提供を課題とする。【解決手段】不燃性化粧板１の製造方法は、接着剤を塗布した不燃性基材１０に表面化粧材２０を散布する工程、接着剤で構成された接着層１２と接していない余剰表面化粧材２１を取り除いて不燃性基材１０の接着層１２に付着した表面化粧材２２の付着量を規定範囲に調整できるようにする工程で構成される。【選択図】図１
