TENSIONING DEVICE OF TENDON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tensioning device of a tendon which is reduced in size, and can surely introduce a force P of a jack into the tendon as tension without causing a loss.SOLUTION: A tendon 2 is arranged along a concrete member 1. A fixing block 4 is attached to the concrete member 1, and an anchoring material 3 is attached to an end part of the tendon 2. The fixing block 4 and the anchoring material 3 are made to penetrate in a direction in which the tendon 2 is tensed, and a plurality of anchoring rod materials 6 are installed. A plurality of jacks 9, 9 are installed at a side opposite to the tendon 2 with respect to the fixing block 4. The anchoring rod materials 6, 6 are symmetrically installed at both sides of a material axis of the tendon 2 in an extension direction L. The jacks 9, 9 are symmetrically installed on the extension line Lof the material axis of the tendon 2, and at both sides of the material axis of the tendon 2 in the extension line L. The anchoring material 3 is moved to a direction in which the tendon 2 is tensed by the jacks 9, 9 while taking a reaction force by the fixing block 4, and tension is introduced into the tendon 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】装置の小型化を図り、かつジャッキの力Pを緊張材に張力として損失なく確実に導入できる緊張材の緊張装置を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート部材1に沿って緊張材2を配置する。コンクリート部材1に固定ブロック4を取り付け、緊張材2の端部に定着材3を取り付ける。固定ブロック4と定着材3を緊張材2を緊張する方向に貫通させて複数の定着用棒材6を設置する。固定ブロック4に対して緊張材2の反対側に複数のジャッキ9,9を設置する。定着用棒材6,6は緊張材2の材軸の延長線L1の両側に対称に設置する。ジャッキ9,9は緊張材2の材軸の延長線L1上と緊張材2の材軸の延長線L1の両側に対称に設置する。固定ブロック4で反力を取りながら、ジャッキ9,9で定着材3を緊張材2を緊張する方向に移動させて緊張材2に張力を導入する。【選択図】図2
