WATER IMMERSION EXPANSION DETERMINATION METHOD OF STEEL MAKING SLAG, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLAG ROADBED MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water immersion expansion determination method of a steel making slag capable of logically assuring, in a short time, the quality to the water immersion expansion for a long term.SOLUTION: In a water immersion expansion determination method of a steel making slag, an increase magnification of the water immersion expansion rate increasing per unit temperature from a water immersion expansion curve of a plurality of steel making slags water-immersion-expanded at different temperatures from 40°C to 120°C is calculated. Then, with reference to a water immersion expansion reference value of the steel making slags water-immersion-expanded at a prescribed temperature for a prescribed time, a conversion time corresponding to the prescribed time at the measured temperature is calculated using a temperature difference with a measured temperature that is higher than the prescribed temperature and the increase magnification. Then, the acceptance of the steel making slags for the water immersion expansion reference value is determined using the water immersion expansion value of the steel making slags water-immersion-expanded at the measured temperature for the conversion time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】短期間で長期間の水浸膨張性に対する品質を論理的に保証できる製鋼スラグの水浸膨張判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】製鋼スラグの水浸膨張性判定方法であって、40℃から120℃までの間の異なる温度で水浸膨張させた複数の製鋼スラグの水浸膨張曲線から単位温度あたりに上昇する水浸膨張速度の増加倍率を算出し、所定温度で所定時間水浸膨張させた前記製鋼スラグの水浸膨張基準値に対して、前記所定温度よりも高い測定温度との温度差と、前記増加倍率とを用いて前記測定温度における前記所定時間に対応した変換時間を算出し、前記測定温度で前記変換時間水浸膨張させた前記製鋼スラグの水浸膨張値を用いて前記製鋼スラグの前記水浸膨張基準値に対する合否を判定することを特徴とする。【選択図】図4
