ATTACHING METHOD OF LID MEMBER AND LID MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of attaching a lid member capable of simply and swiftly attaching a lid member firmly in an inconspicuous manner whether or not the lid member is attached, and a lid member used in the method.SOLUTION: A lid member 1A formed of aluminum or aluminum alloy with a lid body 10 and legs 11, which is softer than an extruded member 100A. When the legs 11 are inserted by pressure into small holes 130 located on the edge of an opening of the extruded member 100A, the legs deform plastically exceeding elastic deformation to come into close contact with the inner wall of the small holes 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】強固な取付けが簡単且つ瞬時に行え、取付けていることがわからない程目立たない蓋材の取付け方法と、この方法において用いられる蓋材を提供する。【解決手段】蓋材１Ａは、蓋本体１０と脚部１１とを有する、押出し成型材１００Ａよりも軟質のアルミニウム又はアルミニウム合金製である。脚部１１は、押出し成型材１００Ａの開口端にある小孔１３０内に圧入したときに、弾性変形を超えた塑性変形をして、小孔１３０の内壁に強く密着する。【選択図】図１
