AUTOMATIC SIMPLE DYNAMIC CONE PENETRATION TESTER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic simple dynamic cone penetration tester which contributes to the high accuracy of the measurement of geological survey using a geological surveyor, and the shortening of a work time.SOLUTION: A simple dynamic cone penetration tester employs a constitution which is composed of: a main body case; a penetration rod; a striker for striking the penetration rod; a lift for lifting the striker; a drive unit for driving the lift; a control device for controlling the drive unit; a measurement recording device for measuring and recording a lift state and a fall state of the striker; and an erection member for adjusting a height and a horizon of an erection state of the main body case. The biggest characteristic is a point that a continuously-rotating drive roller is used for a structure as the lift, and by repeating a contact state pressed by the roller and a non-contact state by a release mechanism, the penetration rod is continuously struck, and penetration information is automatically stored and recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】地質調査機を用いた地質調査の測定の高精度化、並びに作業時間の短縮に資する自動簡易動的コーン貫入試験機の提供。【解決手段】簡易動的コーン貫入試験機であって、本体ケースと、貫入ロッドと、該貫入ロッドを打撃する打撃装置と、該打撃装置を上昇させる上昇装置と、該上昇装置を駆動する駆動装置と、該駆動装置を制御する制御装置と、前記打撃装置の上昇及び落下状態を測定並びに記録する測定記録装置と、前記本体ケースの立脚状態の高さと水平を調整する立脚部材とから成る構成を採用し、最大の特徴は、上昇装置としての構造に、連続回転する駆動ローラーを用いた点であり、係るローラーによって押圧する接触状態と、離脱機構による非接触状態を繰り返すことで、連続的に貫入ロッドを打撃し、貫入情報を自動的に記憶演算する構成を採用した。【選択図】図２
