AUTOMATIC PENETRATION TESTER
To provide an automatic penetration tester capable of rotating and penetrating a penetration rod with high torque.SOLUTION: An automatic penetration tester 1 comprises a base plate 2, a frame 10 erected on the base plate, a lift table 14 that can be raised and lowered along the frame, a guide post 3 that is set up on the base plate and guides the lift table that moves in the vertical direction, and a penetration rod 4 that is rotatably held by a chuck 30 provided on the lift table and that rotates and penetrates into the ground as the lift table descends. According to this automatic penetration tester, since the lift table is configured to move up and down along the frame and the guide post, even if the penetration rod is rotated and penetrated into the ground with high torque, the penetration tester main body can be prevented from swinging or tilting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高トルクで貫入ロッドを回転貫入可能な自動貫入試験機の提供。【解決手段】ベースプレート２と、ベースプレートに立設されたフレーム１０と、フレームに沿って昇降可能な昇降台１４と、ベースプレートに立設され、上下方向に移動する昇降台をガイドするガイド支柱３と、前記昇降台に設けたチャック３０に回転可能に保持され、昇降台の下降に伴って地中に回転貫入する貫入ロッド４とを備える自動貫入試験機１による。この自動貫入試験機よれば、昇降台がフレームとガイド支柱に沿って昇降するように構成されているので、高トルクで貫入ロッドを地中に回転貫入させても、貫入試験機本体が振れたり、傾いたりすることを防止できる。【選択図】図１
