PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dimming film having flame retardancy, which can be bonded to a transparent substrate to give a dimming device.SOLUTION: A dimming film 20 includes: a dimming layer 6 in which levels of haze can be switched; a first transparent conductive layer 3 for applying a voltage to the dimming layer on one surface of the dimming layer, in which a first transparent substrate 1 is laminated on the first transparent conductive layer; and a second transparent conductive layer 9 for applying a voltage to the dimming layer on the other surface thereof, in which a second transparent substrate 11 is laminated on the second transparent conductive layer. At least one of the first and second transparent substrates contains a flame retardant having an oxygen index of 27 in accordance with UL94 specifications VTM0. The dimming film has a total thickness of 250 μm or less, and shows a minimum haze of 10% or less and a maximum transmittance of 40% or more at an effective application voltage of 0-100 V.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】透明基板に貼り合わせて調光装置とすることができる難燃性を備えた調光フィルムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ヘイズを切替え可能な調光層６の片面に、調光層に電圧を印加する第１透明導電層３と、その層に第１透明基材１が積層されており、もう一方の面に、調光層に電圧を印加する第２透明導電層９と、その層に第２透明基材１１が積層された調光フィルム２０において、第１および第２透明基材の少なくともいずれかに、ＵＬ９４規格ＶＴＭ０による酸素指数が２７以上の難燃剤を含有し、総厚みが２５０μｍ以下であり、実効印加電圧が０〜１００Ｖにおける最小ヘイズが１０％以下で、最大透過率が４０％以上であることを特徴とする調光フィルム。【選択図】図１
