REGENERATION OF RECOVERED ASPHALT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovered asphalt composition and a regeneration method thereof by aliphatic acid ester derived from tall oil.SOLUTION: There are provided an asphalt composition containing recovered asphalt and an ester functional regenerant derived from tall oil, and a composition which reactivates desired properties of unused asphalt to the recovered asphalt by a regeneration binder composition, provides improvement of low temperature crack resistance of the asphalt by reduction of glass transition initiation temperature and improvement of creep rigidity and has good fatigue crack resistance and resistance to track digging. There is provided the composition where the regenerant is selected from trimethylol propanethalate, ethylene glycol monomerate, neopentyl glycol monomerate, 2-ethylhexyl monomerate and glycerol monomerate. There is provided a method for reducing level with which construction industry depends on unused materials which cannot be regenerated, where the regenerant reduces a temperature needed for compaction or mixing of the asphalt composition, energy is saved and cost is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】回収アスファルト組成物およびトールオイル由来の脂肪酸エステルによるその再生方法の提供。【解決手段】回収アスファルトと、トールオイル由来のエステル官能性再生剤とを含むアスファルト組成物、及び再生結合剤組成物により未使用のアスファルトの望ましい特性を回収アスファルトに復活させ、ガラス転移開始温度の低減及びクリープ剛性の改善により、アスファルトの耐低温クラック性の改善がもたらし、良好な耐疲労クラック性および耐わだち掘れ性を有する組成物。再生剤がトリメチロールプロパンタラート、エチレングリコールモノメラート、ネオペンチルグリコールモノメラート、2−エチルヘキシルモノメラート及びグリセリンモノメラーから選択される、組成物。再生剤が、アスファルト組成物を圧密又は混合に必要な温度を低減し、エネルギーが節約され、コストが低減され建設業が未使用で再生不可能な材料に依存する程度を低減する方法。【選択図】なし
