CONNECTION METAL FITTING SET FOR SINGLE PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection metal fitting set for a single pipe that constitutes a connection metal fitting for a single pipe and enables even an inexperienced worker to connect and disconnect single pipes more safely and reliably, when assembling and disassembling a scaffold.SOLUTION: A connection metal fitting set S for a single pipe includes a first connection metal fitting 1 for serially connecting two single pipes 10. The first connection metal fitting 1 includes: a first pipe holding part 21 that holds an edge part 11 of a first single pipe 10A and an edge part 12 of a second single pipe 10B, by enclosing a part of an outer peripheral surface 13A of the edge parts 11, 12; a second pipe holding part 22 enclosing and holding the other part of an outer peripheral surface 13B; and first fixing means 26 for fixing the first pipe holding part 21 and the second pipe holding part 22. The first pipe holding part 21 and the second pipe holding part 22 are fixed at a position visible from outside by the first fixing means 26, while enclosing the edge part 11 of the first single pipe 10A and the edge part 12 of the second single pipe 10B with the first pipe holding part 21 and the second pipe holding part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】足場の組立てやその解体にあたり、経験の少ない作業者が作業を行う場合でも、単管同士の接続作業やその分解作業を、より安全かつ確実に行うことができる単管の接続金具を構成した単管の接続金具セットを提供する。【解決手段】単管接続金具セットＳは、２つの単管１０を直列に繋ぐ第１接続金具１を含む。第１接続金具１は、第１単管１０Ａの端部１１と第２単管１０Ｂの端部１２とを、各端部１１，１２の一部外周面１３Ａを包囲して保持する第１管保持部２１と、他部外周面１３Ｂを包囲して保持する第２管保持部２２と、第１管保持部２１と第２管保持部２２を固定する第１固定手段２６とを有し、第１管保持部２１と第２管保持部２２とにより、第１単管１０Ａの端部１１と第２単管１０Ｂの端部１２を包囲した状態で、第１固定手段２６により外部から視認可能な位置で第１管保持部２１と第２管保持部２２とを固定する。【選択図】 図１
