EXCAVATION/AGITATION APPARATUS OF GROUND IMPROVEMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniaxial drive excavation/agitation apparatus that offers excellent kneadability enabled by kneading agitation and high workability enabled by smaller resistance against penetration and draw out that are features of multiaxial excavation/agitation apparatuses, as well as light-weight and economic feasibility that are features of monoaxial apparatuses.SOLUTION: An excavation/agitation apparatus improves a ground by kneading excavated soil with an improvement material while excavating and agitating the ground, and includes an excavation/agitation shaft extending in a vertical direction, an excavation blade provided on a bottom end of the excavation/agitation shaft for excavating the ground, and a plurality of agitation blades formed to swell outward into an arc shape from an outer periphery of the excavation/agitation shaft and having at least an end supported on an outer peripheral surface of a boss part fit loosely on the outer peripheral surface of the excavation/agitation shaft or around the outer periphery of the excavation/agitation shaft. The plurality of agitation blades includes a driven agitation blade that rotates integrally with the excavation/agitation shaft, and a floating agitation blade that rotates in a floating state from the excavation/agitation shaft. 【課題】多重軸駆動の掘削・撹拌具のような練り込み撹拌による優れた混練性、貫入・引抜き抵抗の少ない施工性、そして単軸型の特徴である軽量で経済性を兼ね備えた単軸駆動の掘削・撹拌具を提供する。【解決手段】地盤を掘削・撹拌しながら掘削土と改良材を混練することにより地盤改良を行うための掘削・撹拌具において、上下方向に伸延する掘削・撹拌軸と、同掘削・撹拌軸の下端に設け、地盤を掘削する掘削翼と、同掘削・撹拌軸の外周から外方へ膨出させて弧状に形成し、同掘削・撹拌軸の外周面又は同掘削・撹拌軸の外周廻りに遊嵌したボス部の外周面に対して少なくとも一端を支持した複数の撹拌翼と、からなり、上記複数の撹拌翼として、上記掘削・撹拌軸と一体に回転する駆動撹拌翼と、上記掘削・撹拌軸に対して遊動状態で回転する遊動撹拌翼と、を有し、しかも、上記撹拌翼のうち、最も外側の外側撹拌翼を遊動撹拌翼としてなることとした。【選択図】図2
