PIPE-FORM FOAMING HEAT INSULATION MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-form foaming heat insulation material capable of outer wall heat insulation, in-the-wall heat insulation, inner wall heat insulation, ceiling heat insulation, in-the-floor heat insulation, and roof heat insulation of a reinforced concrete (RC) building.SOLUTION: A pipe-form foaming heat insulation material 1a is fitted on an inner wall, in a wall, and on an outer wall of structures from reinforced concrete (RC) buildings to private houses, utilizing a pipe-form foaming cross-section A as a wall surface, the pipe-form foaming cross-section being an accumulation of pipe-form foaming fragments mainly containing cellulose (pulp), polypropylene (PP), and a foaming agent (starch and the like), added with an incombustible agent and an anti-bacterial metallic ion agent as necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】鉄筋コンクリート(RC)の外壁断熱、壁中断熱、内壁断熱、天井断熱、床中断熱、屋上断熱が可能なパイプ状発泡断熱材を提供する。【解決手段】パイプ状発泡断熱材1aは、主にセルロース(パルプ)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、発泡剤(でん粉等)と必要に応じて不燃剤や抗菌性金属イオン剤を加えて発泡したパイプ状発泡細片を集積したパイプ状発泡断面Aを壁面として、鉄筋コンクリート(RC)から一戸建までの建屋の内壁、壁中、外壁に貼り付け又は取付けられる。【選択図】図3
