SELF-TRAVELING TYPE MULTISTORY PARKING PLACE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-traveling type multistory parking place, designable in response to a shape of a site, and excellent in parking efficiency since a rate of the area of a parking space to the total floor area is high.SOLUTION: This self-traveling type multistory parking place comprises a main floor 1 of a plurality of stories for providing a main parking space 5 on respective upper surfaces. Among the main floor 1 of the plurality of these stories, the mutual two main floors 1 and 1 mutually different in the story by one are connected via an inclined floor 2 for providing an inclined car passage 11 of a gradient of climbing on the upper floor side in a semi-circumferential shape in a plan view on the upper surface. An inclined floor parking space 12 is provided on the outer periphery of the inclined car passage 11 in the upper surface of an inclined floor 2. The inclined floor parking space 12 juxtaposes an individual parking section 13 in a fan shape along the inclined car passage 11. The parking section 13 of the inclined floor parking space 12 is a plane shape for parking a vehicle so that the front-rear of the vehicle becomes vertical to the inclined car passage 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】敷地の形状に合わせて設計することができ、総床面積に対する駐車スペースの面積の割合が高くて駐車効率が良い自走式立体駐車場を提供する。【解決手段】この自走式立体駐車場は、それぞれの上面に主駐車スペース5が設けられた複数階層の主床1を備える。これら複数階層の主床1のうち互いに階層が1つ異なる2つの主床1,1同士が、上面に平面視半円周状で上階側に登る勾配の傾斜車路11が設けられた傾斜床2を介して繋がる。傾斜床2の上面における傾斜車路11の外周に傾斜床駐車スペース12が設けられている。傾斜床駐車スペース12は、個々の駐車区画13が傾斜車路11に沿って扇形に並ぶ。傾斜床駐車スペース12の駐車区画13は、車両の前後が傾斜車路11と垂直になるように駐車させる平面形状である。【選択図】図3
